1. Introduction

These Terms & Services govern your use of the website and services provided by Main Event Management. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and may be subject to GST.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
• Refunds are subject to our discretion based on costs already incurred.

4. Use of Hire Equipment

• You are responsible for the equipment during the hire period.
• Any damage, loss or misuse may result in additional charges.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We recommend event insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images and text, is the property of Main Event Management and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
